In this program, our team provides continuous assistance, starting from the moment our patients contact us until their return home. We consider all aspects, such as accommodation, transportation, nursing services, and for non-Spanish-speaking patients, we have bilingual advisors on our team.

CONSULTATION WITH DR. ANDRÉS PÉREZ
For patients residing outside Bogotá, we offer a virtual consultation platform that allows them to have their case evaluated by Dr. Pérez. The steps to follow for this appointment are simple and are explained clearly in the video you can watch below:

AFTER YOUR VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
- Depending on the procedures you have agreed to undergo with Dr. Pérez, you will receive a quote for the costs of your surgery and details of the payment method.
- The next step is to schedule the date of your surgery, which will be planned mutually, taking into account the dates that are convenient for your trip and Dr. Pérez’s availability.
- Your necessary laboratory tests before surgery can be carried out either in your country of origin, for which you will be provided with the respective order, or once you are in Bogotá, where the tests will be scheduled for the day after your arrival and will be conducted at your location.
- Our team will be very attentive to assist you with all the logistical details of your trip, such as:
Transportation from the airport to the hotel and any necessary journeys during your stay in Bogotá. Reservation of your accommodation once you have reviewed the different options we offer.
Nursing assistance, which will be planned according to your needs. We have a group of experienced nurses specialized in postoperative care for plastic surgery interventions.
IN-PERSON CONSULTATION WITH DR. ANDRÉS PEREZ
This appointment is usually scheduled for the day after your arrival in Bogotá. During this consultation, the final details regarding your surgery will be discussed directly with Dr. Pérez.
Additionally, the following activities will take place:
- Preoperative photos will be taken.
- Prescription of medications necessary for your postoperative care will be provided.
- Instructions for both pre and postoperative care will be sent to your WhatsApp so that you can review and follow them.
PRE-ANESTHESIA CONSULTATION
This appointment usually takes place the day before your surgery at the clinic where it will be performed. It is conducted by one of the anesthesiologists on the clinic’s staff, who will provide you with all the details regarding your anesthesia and the preparation before it.
